There's nothing on TV to watch, and I can't get to sleep. Plus I'm too

Yes, it's sky's and my 10 month anniversary as of 28 minutes ago.

This gives me the perfect opportunity to jump right into what Sky
posted earlier today.
Gay Marriage.
What's so wrong with it?
The only reason why it has been persecuted by so many people is
because of what it says in the bible. Not positive about exact
phrasing, but it goes along these lines: "No man shall sleep with
another man"
We are all aware of how many Christians have taken this statement.
They believe God banished Gays. That God hates Gays.
And that a persons orientation determines whether or not they are one
of his children.
Bullshit.
First of all.
"No man shall sleep with another man"
What about a woman? I see anything about them not being able to sleep
with each other in that sentence.
Know why?
Back when the bible was written, they did not have doctors, and
weren't at all educated in reproduction.
Back then, they believed men had the power of bringing new life into
the world, and that women only carried the babies, but played no part
in what actually created the life in the first place.
There was no knowledge of eggs and ovaries.
Sperm was holy.
Sperm alone was what created the baby.
Now, let's go back to that phrase.
"No man shall sleep with another man."
They wrote this because they believed the two men having sex were
killing a potential life.
The sperm would be released without creating the baby that could have
been created had he been with a woman.
This is why there is no such phrase (to my knowledge) of the bible
banning lesbian sex.
Even despite looking at it from this point of view, as Sky mentioned
earlier, doesn't God love everyone?
Or does he only care about those who abide by his laws?
Are you aware that the bible bans divorce? Yet look how many people,
including Christians are divorced.
Guess that means God doesn't love you either, then.
I personally do not believe a word the bible says.
I've read parts of it before. I don't agree with it in many cases.
I've even read the Satanic Bible for learning purposes and it makes
more sense to me.
Maybe I'll do a blog on that next. To shut up some rumors about it and
prove that it's not about worshiping the devil.
In fact, the only people they worship are themselves and their
friends. Now THAT makes sense.
Before you go off and talk shit about Gays, Lesbians, Transgendered,
or anything in between, technically you are criticizing Gods work. You
are judging what he made. You're saying he's wrong for making it.
If he is so powerful as people seem to think he is, if he didn't want
it here, he wouldn't have made it. End of story.
And yes, this was another job well done.
